Originally built as a health care facility in the early 1900’s, The Foley was thoughtfully transformed during 2002-2003 into a residence for seniors who desire a comfortable, enriching life with an array of supportive services available.  The Foley is affordable for residents of all income.

Trinity Financial, an established Boston-based enterprise dedicated to urban revitalization and quality mixed income housing, developed the Foley Senior Residences.

Maloney Properties, a property management company with significant experience in senior housing and supportive services, manages the Foley.

Assisted Living services are provided by Kit Clark Senior Services, which has been a leader in helping older adults live with dignity and independence since 1974.
